On our season passes for the 3 Valleys we get two days in Espace Killy and two days in Paradiski. Yesterday we decided to make use of one of these days and headed off (a little later than anticipated, due to boys forgetting things!) to Val d'Isere. We parked a Chalet Persval, where the Finlays French office is located and met some of the management team who had a good laugh at our outfits, see the Val d'Isere skiing diary! We then headed off with Sarah from Chalet Delage as our guide as she has done half a season in Val d'Isere. This photo is of her revealing the 'hidden valley' to us. (more photos of the Piste Perdu see The "Lost" Valley... but we found it!!!)
We then skiied down to meet some of the Finlays Val crew for lunch in Tignes le Lac and skiied in a big crowd for the afternoon, getting back to Persval at about 5.30pm. Richard then took us out for drinks, which was very kind, before we headed back to Courchevel!
